  1. UK residents age 18+ who complete a Stellantis new car or after-sales survey between 23/09/2024-30/09/2024 (“Eligible Customers”) will be entered into the Prize Draw for a chance to win one of ten, one night hotel stays (“The Prize”).
  2. The Free Hotel Stay Offer is for a Monday-Friday one night stay for two people sharing a standard twin or double room in a participating Spabreaks hotel, on an accommodation-only basis ("the Hotel Stay"). There are 10 Hotel Stays to be won. Any additional costs (including but not limited to travel to and from the hotel, food, drink, room service and upgrades) are your responsibility and must be arranged by you directly with the hotel and in accordance with the hotel's policies.
  3. Prize Winners will receive the offer from Stellantis UK with a unique claim code and link to the claim micro-site within 10 (ten) working days of the Prize Draw date. The unique claim code is valid for 30 days. If the Prize Winner does not respond to the Administrator within 30 (thirty) days of Prize Winner Email, the Prize will be forfeited.
  4. The Prize Winners will be drawn on 21.10.2024 using a computerised process to randomly select the Prize Winners.
  5. Bookings are subject to promotional availability. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings. Should your chosen hotel or dates be unavailable, the booking team will advise you and offer you an alternative hotel/date choice.
  6. This offer is valid only when booking as instructed under the terms of this promotion and will not be accepted if you attempt to book directly with any of the participating hotels.
  7. The Hotel Stay can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels. Hotels available during the promotion may be subject to change.
  8. Eligible Customers can opt for a dinner reservation to be made on their behalf which will be booked for 19:00 on the day of arrival. It is the responsibility of the guests to cover the cost of dinner if this option is chosen. Any payment for meals and beverages will need to be settled with the hotel at the time of purchase or when checking out of the hotel. 
  9. The offer must be claimed within 30 days from the date of receiving the Offer Email.
  10. Promotional availability excludes bookings over public or bank holiday weekends, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods and may exclude other peak booking times. The last available date to check in for the Hotel Stay is 15 December 2024.
  11. You will be required to submit three different hotel choices and three different check-in date choices. The Booking Team will check availability in choice order. For example, your first chosen hotel will be classed as your preferred hotel. Your first requested check-in date must be at least 21 (twenty one) days after the date we receive your booking request.
  12. Once we have confirmed availability by email you must respond within 48 (forty eight) hours to confirm your stay. Upon confirmation of a promotional booking, no alterations can be made. We are only able to hold reservations for 48 hours; if you respond outside the 48 hours, we will not be able to process your booking and you will forfeit the Offer.
  13. Cancellations must be made to the booking team at least 72 (seventy two) hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Failure to do so may result in you being charged a cancellation fee.
  14. Any additional services or extra accommodation can be arranged directly with the hotel, subject to availability, once you have received your booking confirmation from the booking team, which will include all contact details and reference numbers. It is advisable to confirm your reservation with the hotel prior to arrival.
  15. The Promoter and anyone professionally related to this promotion shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotel establishments, nor can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of hotels.
  16. You will be required to hand the booking confirmation to the hotel reception upon arrival. Please ensure you have this with you to avoid disappointment, you may also be asked for proof of identification upon arrival.
  17. The Promoter, its agents and distributors are not responsible for the management of the hotels and will accept neither liability nor claims for disappointment or dispute in relation to the management of the hotels.
  18. By entering this promotion, you will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by its terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the participating hotels.
  19. The Hotel Stay may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount and is not transferable, for sale or re-sale, auction or redeemable for cash and there is no cash alternative.
  20. The Hotel Stay may not be used retrospectively against a previous or existing booking.
  21. The Promoter and Lock-in Marketing cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality of services or products provided by any hotel participating in the offer, nor do they accept any responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by any participant in the offer and cannot be held liable for any personal item loss or damage.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute offer for an offer of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
