How do I claim my free hotel stay?

You will receive an email containing a Unique Claim Code followed by instructions on how to claim. 

How long do I have to claim my reward?

You have 30 days to claim your free hotel stay.

Should I only choose one option?

When submitting your booking, kindly select three hotels and three different check-in dates. Your initial check-in date must be scheduled at least 21 days beforehand. The selection of three hotel options is necessary for our customer service team to verify their availability. We will do our best to secure your preferred hotel and date as your first choice.

Can I select any hotel in the listings?

Yes, as long as it is featured on this website (and subject to promotional availability), the choice of hotels is up to you. 

Is it possible to upgrade my hotel room?

Yes, the majority of hotels offer this service although it may incur additional charges which you can arrange directly with the hotel at your own cost. Once you receive your booking confirmation the hotel will be able to assist with your enquiry. 

Can I arrange an extra night’s stay?

Yes, however this will be subject to availability at your chosen hotel. Please arrange this directly with your hotel at your own cost once you have received your booking confirmation. 

Is my dinner reservation included as part of the stay?

We are pleased to offer you the service of reserving a table at your preferred hotel. Kindly acknowledge that while the reservation itself is included, the expenses related to your meal will be your responsibility as per the terms and conditions.

Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?

In order to receive this particular hotel offer, you must book your free one-night stay through this promotional website. Any other means of booking cannot be honoured and would be charged directly to you by the hotel in the usual manner. 

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Your booking will then be confirmed by a member of the customer service team and you’ll need to respond within 48 hours. Once booked, no changes can be made, any cancellations or non check-in on a confirmed booking will result in forfeit of the offer.  

Who do I contact if I'm having difficulty claiming my reward or have any questions?

First, double-check to make sure the unique code you’re entering matches up with the code included in our email (it may help to copy and paste it from the email we sent you).
