Terms & Conditions
- Eligible Customers
(i) Nomo Bank customers age 18+ who are invited by Nomo Bank can join Nomo Rewards to access exclusive offers, discounts and rewards (“Nomo Rewards”).
(ii) Eligible Customers excludes employees and directors of Nomo Bank, their spouses and direct family members, Nomo Bank agencies, or anyone else professionally associated with Nomo Rewards.
(iii) By accessing and using Nomo Rewards, Eligible Customers will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Account Registration
(i) Eligible Customers will receive an email containing a unique code and a link to the Nomo Rewards website. Unique Codes are valid until 01 August 2025. You must create an account (registration) to access Nomo Rewards.
(ii) Only one Nomo Rewards account per customer may be registered.
(iii) A valid email address and internet access are required to access and claim the offers.
- Offers
(i) The offers, discounts and rewards will be regularly updated and/or changed.
(ii) Some offers may require you to present ID or other proof that you are an Eligible Customer to claim the offer.
(iii) Please refer to individual offer information for validity of offers.
- Use
(i) Nomo Rewards may be used by Eligible Customers only. Access or usage may not be transferred, sold, auctioned or made public.
(ii) You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your password has been shared or your account has been used in an unauthorised manner, you should immediately notify us at: [email protected].
(iii) The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to verify the validity of Eligible Customers and to deny access to users and/or delete accounts without notice if they have reason to believe the user/account does not qualify or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
(iv) Nomo Rewards may be accessed and used by Eligible Customers only. Bulk claims from trade, consumer groups or third parties and/or claims made by any automated means will not be accepted, likewise any claims that are made using a computer or computers to circumvent these terms and conditions (for example but not limited to the use of script, brute force and masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities which are not their own or any other automated means to increase the number of claims) are not valid and will not be accepted. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to investigate any such claims and to take any reasonable remedial action against any such claims.
- Liability
(i) Unless otherwise stated for a specific offer, the offer providers are directly responsible for all aspects of their offer, including, without limitation, the administration, redemption, fulfilment, and purchase of any products or services) and you should contact them directly if you have any questions or issues in relation to a specific offer or offer provider. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator is responsible for offers or services provided by an offer provider.
(ii) The Promoter, the Administrator and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
(iii) Neither The Promoter or The Administrator is responsible for the accuracy of content which has been supplied by offer providers.
(iv) Neither the Promoter or the Administrator shall be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations (joint or individual) where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control; such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure and reserve their right to terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in any such event. This also applies to any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation.
- Data
(i) The information you provide will be used by the Administrator for the purposes of operating Nomo Rewards only unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions and will not be retained by the Administrator for more than thirty days after any termination of Nomo Rewards .
(ii) You may request that your information is removed from Nomo Rewards by emailing us at [email protected]. If you ask us to remove your data, you will no longer be able to access Nomo Rewards.
- Legal
(i) Nomo Rewards is supplied and managed by Lock-in Marketing of 7 Walker Avenue, Milton Keynes MK12 5TW (“The Administrator”). All queries relating to the administrator of Nomo Rewards should be sent to this address.
(ii) The Promoter is Nomo by Bank of London and The Middle East plc (“BLME”) of 20 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HJ.
(iii) Nomo Rewards is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
