How to participate

  1. This promotion is only open to Great Britain residents age 18+ (“Eligible Customers”). Employees of Miele, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  2. The Offer: Eligible Customers who meet these terms and conditions may claim GBP£100 cashback (“the Offer”) for each Qualifying Product purchased.
  3. A valid proof of purchase must be submitted for each Qualifying Product where Qualifying Products have separate receipts/proof of purchase.
  4. One Valid Cashback Claim Form must be submitted for each Qualifying Product purchased, whether or not the Qualifying Products are included on one single receipt/proof of purchase.
  5. Participating Retailers: This promotion is available only for purchases made online or in-store through participating retailers in England, Scotland and Wales. A full list of participating retailers can be found here.
  6. Qualifying Products: To participate in this promotion, Eligible Customers must purchase a qualifying washing machine or tumble dryer (“Qualifying Product”) from a Participating Retailer between 14.09.22 and 15.11.2022 inclusive. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from the promotion.  Products purchased on a trade or contract basis (ie, non-consumer) are excluded from this promotion.  Qualifying Products vary depending on the Partcipating Retailer – details of Qualifying Products by Participating Retailers can be found here.  
  7. Internet access and email address required to claim and receive the Offer.
  8. The Offer can be claimed online only; postal claims will not be accepted and will be deemed as invalid.
  9. In the event that an Eligible Customer returns the Qualifying Product, they will not be entitled to claim the cashback and any claim will be thereafter dismissed. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not prohibit in any way the customer’s right to exercise their applicable statutory or warranty rights.
  10. The cashback claim form cannot be exchanged for cash.

How to claim the Offer

  1. Eligible Customers must upload a valid proof of purchase within 30 (thirty) days of purchasing a Qualifying Product, which clearly shows the date of purchase, model number purchased and retailer from whom the Qualifying Product was purchased and enter their email address. If the proof of purchase is not legible and/or does not meet the entry requirements detailed in these terms and conditions, it shall be deemed as an invalid claim.  If the proof of purchase is legible and meets the entry requirements detailed in these terms and conditions, it shall be deemed as a valid claim and a confirmation email will be sent within 3 (three) working days to the email address provided, together with a unique code for each qualifying product and link to complete and submit a Cashback Claim Form to claim the Offer.  The unique code will expire after 30 days and will then no longer be valid.  No additional unique code(s) will be provided and the claim(s) will be forfeited.
  2. All details must be correctly provided on the Cashback Claim Form for each cashback payment to be made (“Valid Cashback Claim Form”). The cashback payment will be made by BACS to the bank details provided on the Valid Cashback Claim Form within 28 (twenty eight) days of submission.   A single cashback payment may be made where multiple Valid Cashback Claim Forms are submitted. 
  3. Eligible Customers submitting multiple Valid Cashback Claim Forms must include the same details, including bank payment details, on each form.
  4. Payment of the Offer can be made by BACS transfer only.
  5. The cashback claim(s) must be made directly by the Eligible Customer and the cashback payment(s) can be made only to a UK bank account held by the Eligible Customer which accepts GBP£ BACS payments.

General terms and conditions

  1. By entering the promotion, you agree to abide and be bound by these terms and condition
  2. Where the cashback payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient.
  3. The Offer is not transferable, for sale, re-sale or auction, or redeemable or exchangeable for cash and there is no cash alternative.
  4. Your details will be used by the Promotor and Administrator for the purposes of operating the Offer only; your details will not be kept after the promotion has ended.  
  5. Claims that are delivered late or incomplete or damaged claims or claims that cannot be made due to provision of incorrect information, including but not limited to incorrect email address or bank details, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Neither the Promoter or Administrator accepts responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or unreceived claims. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator will be responsible for the non-inclusion of claims as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or the Administrator.
  6. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator can be held responsible for a valid claimant failing to claim the Offer in the specified timeframe or for failing to provide accurate information which affects acceptance, claim or delivery of the Offer.
  7. Syndicated claims, multiple claims or accounts or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such claims will be invalid.
  8. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claims without notice if they have reason to believe the claim is not valid or does not comply with these terms and conditions. Bulk claims from trade, consumer groups or third parties and/or claims made by any automated means will not be accepted, likewise any claims that are made using a computer or computers to circumvent these terms and conditions (for example but not limited to the use of script, brute force and masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities which are not their own or any other automated means to increase the number of claims) are not valid and will not be accepted. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to investigate any such claims and to take any reasonable remedial action against any such claims.
  9. The Promoter, the Administrator and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  10. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator shall be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations (joint or individual) where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control; such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
