What is the promotion?

How do I upload my proof of purchase?

To upload your proof of purchase, click here and enter your email in the “Sign In” box on the right-hand side. Once you click submit, you’ll be taken to a page where you can upload your proof of purchase. 

All customers who submit a valid claim will be sent an email with a link to input their details for their cashback.

Who do I contact if I’m having difficulty uploading my proof of purchase?

Please contact [email protected] if you’re having problems uploading your proof of purchase. 

How long do I have to submit my cashback claim?

Eligible customers must upload a valid proof of purchase within 30 (thirty) days of purchasing a Qualifying Product.

What is a valid proof of purchase?

You must upload a photo of your receipt, which clearly shows the date of purchase, model number and retailer from whom the Qualifying Product was purchased.

How do I know if my claim has been validated?

All customers who submit a valid claim will receive an email from [email protected] within 3 working days.  

Where do I find my  Unique Code?  

You’ll need your Unique Code to claim your cash rebate. This can be found on the confirmation email you received from [email protected] after submitting your valid claim. 

How will my cashback be paid?

Your £100 cashback will be paid directly in to your bank account by BACS to the bank details provided on the Valid Cashback Claim Form. You will need a UK Sterling bank account that accepts BACS payments.

How long does it take to get my cashback?

The cashback payment will be made by BACS to the bank details provided on the Valid Cashback Claim Form within 28 (twenty eight) days of submission. 

Who will my cashback payment come from?

Your cashback will be from 'LOVELOCK MARKETING'.

Lovelock Marketing trading as 'Lock-in Marketing' supply and manage this promotion on behalf of Miele.

What will the payment reference of my cashback be?

The cashback payment will show in your bank statement with a payment reference of 'Miele'.

What happens to my data?

We will only use your information to process your claim and help you with any queries you may have. Your information will not be retained and will not be shared with any third parties. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policyhere.
