5. Prize Winner Draw Date: Prize winners will be drawn within 14 days of the end of the Promotional Period, using a computer algorithm to randomly select the prize winners.
6. Winner Notification: Prize winners will be notified by email to the email address registered to their Bonus Card within 5 working days of the Prize Winner Draw Date and will be provided with a unique claim code and link to claim their prize which will be randomly allocated by computer algorithm. The unique claim code may only be used once and may only be used by the prize winner. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that their email address linked to their Bonus Card is correct.
7. Prize Claim Date: The unique claim code must be used within 30 days of the Winner Notification email date, after which point the code will expire.
8. A valid email address and internet access are required to enter the prize draw and for a prize winner to claim their prize.

14. Claims or entries that are delivered late or incomplete or damaged claims or claims that cannot be made due to provision of an incorrect email address or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Neither the Promoter or Administrator accepts responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or unreceived entries, winner notifications or prizes. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or the Administrator.
15. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator can be held responsible for a prize winner failing to claim their prize in the specified timeframe or for failing to provide accurate information which affects acceptance, claim or delivery of the prize.
16. Prizes are not transferable, for sale, re-sale or auction, or redeemable or exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
17. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve their right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of their control.
