What is this prize draw promotion?

Customers who spend £30 in store in a single transaction between 21.07.21 - 03.08.21 and swipe their Bonus Card (either a physical Bonus Card or via the app) will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a fantastic prize!  

(Just remember to make sure your Bonus Card is registered either before or after you shop with us – you can register your Bonus Card at https://www.iceland.co.uk/account/bonus-card)

Can I swap my prize?

No, once a prize has been allocated, it cannot be swapped for another. 

How long does the promotion last?

Qualifying purchases must be made in store between 21.07.21 and 03.08.21.

How do I enter?

Iceland and The Food Warehouse Bonus Card customers who spend £30 in store in a single transaction and swipe their Bonus Card at the time of the transaction between 21.07.21 and 03.08.21 will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of the prizes from our prize pool.  

How are winners selected?

Winners will be drawn by an independent third-party service.

 

When are winners notified, and how?

Prize winners will receive an email from [email protected], sent to the email address registered with your Bonus Card. 

How do I know if I'm a winner?

You will receive an email from [email protected] containing a unique claim code and instructions to claim your prize.

How do I claim my prize?

If you’ve received an email telling you that you’re one of our lucky winners this will contain a unique claim code – just follow the instructions in the email to claim your prize. 

Where do I find my unique claim code?

If you’re one of our lucky winners you’ll receive an email from us, giving you a unique claim code.

What do I do if I am having trouble claiming my prize?

Check you’ve correctly entered your unique claim code from your email. If you’re still having any problems, please contact us at: [email protected], making sure to include your unique claim code so that we can help as quickly as possible.

How are prizes allocated?

Prizes will be randomly allocated by computer algorithm when you enter your unique claim code.

When must I claim my prize by?

Your prize must be claimed within 30 days of receiving the notification email.
