How to participate?
- This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18+ ("Eligible Participants") who purchase a Qualifying Product between 05/05/2025 and 03/10/2025 from participating retailers. Employees of Bio & Me Ltd, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents, and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The Offer: Eligible Participants who meet these terms and conditions may make one individual product pack cashback claim per participant and per household.
- Participating Retailers: This promotion is available at participating retailers only, for purchases made online or in-store through Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Waitrose.
- Qualifying Products: To participate, Eligible Participants must purchase a promotional Bio & Me Oat Bar 3 Pack in one of the following flavours: Cocoa Hazelnut, Toffee Apple, or Berry Boost. All other Bio & Me products and flavours are excluded from this promotion.
How to claim the Offer?
- Eligible Participants must upload a valid proof of purchase after the return period of the original retailer of one of the Cocoa Hazelnut, Toffee Apple, or Berry Boost 3 Pack Oat Bars: 30 days for Sainsbury’s and Tesco, and 35 days for Waitrose. The proof of purchase must clearly show the date of purchase, product purchased, and the retailer's name. If the proof of purchase is illegible or does not meet these terms and conditions, it shall be deemed an invalid claim.
- One valid Cashback Claim Form can be submitted for one individual product pack, this is limited to one claim for one pack per claimant, email, bank account and/or household.
- A summary consisting of a minimum of 30 characters of why the participant is not happy with the qualifying product must be submitted.
- Bio & Me may contact participants who provide feedback; however, participants can choose to withdraw their consent to be contacted.
- If the proof of purchase meets the requirements, a confirmation email will be sent within 5 days to the provided email address. This email will include a unique reference code and a link to the claim micro-site to complete the Cashback Claim Form.
- The unique code must be used within 30 days. No additional unique codes will be provided, and claims will be forfeited if the code expires.
- All details must be correctly provided on the Cashback Claim Form for the cashback payment to be processed. The cashback payment will be made via BACS transfer to the bank details provided within 14 days of submission.
- Payment of the Offer can only be made via BACS transfer to a UK bank account held by the Eligible Participant and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Internet access and a valid email address are required to claim and receive the Offer.
- The Offer can be claimed online only; postal claims will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.
- If an Eligible Participant returns the Qualifying Product to its respective retailer, they will not be entitled to claim the cashback, and any claim will be dismissed. This clause does not affect the participant’s statutory or warranty rights.
General terms and conditions
- By entering the promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Where the cashback payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient.
- The Offer is non-transferable, not for sale, resale, or auction, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
- Your details will be used by the Administrator for the purpose of operating the Offer only and will not be retained beyond 30 days after the promotion ends unless you opt in to receive marketing communications from Bio & Me Ltd.
- Claims that are late, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect due to provision of inaccurate information (including email or bank details) will not be accepted. The Promoter and Administrator accept no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in lost, delayed, or unreceived claims.
- The Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to verify the validity of claims and disqualify any claims without notice if they believe the claim does not comply with these terms and conditions. Bulk claims from trade, consumer groups, or third parties and claims made using automated means will not be accepted.
- The Promoter, Administrator, and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, including indirect, special, or consequential loss, arising from this promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator shall be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, strikes, industrial disputes, war, hostilities, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
- The Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to this promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
