1. Who can participate in this promotion?

We want to encourage customers to try our Oat Bars completely risk free – so if you don’t love them, we’ll give you your money back.  All the details on how to claim your refund can be found on the Terms & Conditions page on this website.

2. When does the promotion run?

You can participate in the promotion if you purchase a qualifying product between 5th May 2025 - 3rd October 2025.

3. What products are eligible for the refund?

Only the Bio & Me Oat Bar 3 Packs in the following flavours qualify:

  • Cocoa Hazelnut

  • Toffee Apple

  • Berry Boost

All other flavours as well as Bio & Me products are excluded.

4. Where can I buy the product from?

This offer is valid on eligible products purchased in store and online at participating Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose stores in the United Kingdom. 

5. How do I claim my refund?

Please follow the instructions on the home page; just provide us a copy of your proof of purchase and tell us why our product(s) didn’t meet your expectations.  We’ll check your claim details then send a link so you can give us the details we need to process your refund.

6. How will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve checked everything and you’ve supplied your details, your refund will be paid within 14 days via BACS transfer direct to your bank account.

7. Can I submit more than one claim?

Sorry, this is limited to one single claim (for one product/pack) per participant, household, email address and bank account.

8. What if I've returned my product to the store?

If you’ve already returned your product to the retailer for a refund, you won’t be able to make a claim under this offer.

9. What if I miss the deadline to use my Unique Code?

Unfortunately, your claim will be forfeited. No additional codes will be provided if the original one expires.

10. What if my proof of purchase is unclear or missing information?

Please make sure that your [receipt/proof of purchase] can be clearly read, shows the product purchased, the date of purchase and the retailer you bought from or we wont’ be able to process your claim.
