1. Who can participate in this promotion?

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Bio & Me Ltd, its affiliates, and anyone directly connected to the promotion are not eligible to take part.

2. When does the promotion run?

You can participate in the promotion if you purchase a qualifying product between 5th May 2025 - 3rd October 2025.

3. What products are eligible for the cashback offer?

Only the Bio & Me Oat Bar 3 Packs in the following flavours qualify:

  • Cocoa Hazelnut

  • Toffee Apple

  • Berry Boost

All other flavours and Bio & Me products are excluded.

4. Where can I buy the product from?

You must purchase the qualifying product from participating retailers:

  • Sainsbury’s

  • Tesco

  • Waitrose

Both in-store and online purchases from these retailers are valid.

5. How do I claim the cashback offer?

To claim your cashback:

  1. Wait until the return period has passed for the store where you purchased:

    • 30 days for Tesco and Sainsbury’s

    • 35 days for Waitrose

  2. Upload a valid proof of purchase showing:

    • Product bought

    • Retailer name

    • Date of purchase

  3. Provide a brief reason (at least 30 characters) explaining why you were not satisfied with the product.

  4. If your receipt is accepted, you’ll receive an email with a unique reference code and a link to complete the Cashback Claim Form.

  5. Use your unique code within 30 days to submit your claim.

6. How will I receive the cashback?

Once your claim is approved and the form is correctly completed, your cashback will be paid within 14 days via BACS transfer to a UK bank account.

7. Can I submit more than one claim?

Each participant, household, email address, and bank account can only make one claim for one product pack.

8. What if I return the product?

If you return the qualifying product to the retailer, your claim will be invalid, and no cashback will be provided.

10. What if I miss the deadline to use my code?

Unfortunately, your claim will be forfeited. No additional codes will be provided if the original one expires.

11. What if my receipt is unclear or missing information?

Receipts that are illegible or do not clearly show the required details (product, date, retailer) will be rejected.
