Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry Requirements: This Prize Draw is open to UK residents age 18+ who are Bonus Card holders and purchase 4 or more or our new products in store between 10.09.20-05.10.20. Bonus Card must be swiped at time of transaction and must be registered at https://www.iceland.co.uk/account/register before or after your qualifying purchase (but no later than 05.10.20) to claim the Offer “(Eligible Customer”). 
  2. Eligible Customers excludes Iceland group employees and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone else professional connected with the Prize Draw. 
  3. Internet access and a valid email address, registered to your Bonus Card account, are required to enter the Prize Draw and to claim and redeem your Kids Pass membership. 
  4. Prizes: Eligible Customers will be entered into the Prize Draw for a chance to win one of 10,000 (10 thousand) one-month Kids Pass digital memberships (“the Prize”).  
  5. Only one entry into the Prize Draw per customer is allowed. The Prize may be claimed only by the Eligible Customer. 
  6. Winner Selection Date: Prize Winners will be drawn by 17.10.20, using a random generator. 
  7. Winner Notification: Prize Winners will be notified by email to the email address registered to their Bonus Card by 22.10.20 and will be provided with a unique Prize Claim Code and link to claim their prize. 
  8. Prize Claim Date: The Prize must be claimed by 22.11.20 and your Kids Pass membership must be registered by 22.12.20. 
  9. The one-month Kids Pass membership will commence on the day it is registered and will expire one year after registration date. 
  10. By taking part in the Prize Draw you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions relating to your Kids Pass membership, which can be found at  https://love-rewardshub.com/tfwkp. 
  11. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator can be held responsible for a Prize Winner failing to claim their Prize in the specified timeframe or for failing to provide accurate information which affects acceptance, claim or delivery of the Prize. 
  12. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator shall be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations (joint or individual) where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control; such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.  
  13. Your details will be used for the purposes of operating the Prize Draw only and will not be kept after the Prize Draw has ended. 
  14. Multiple claims or claims that are delivered late, incomplete or damaged or claims that cannot be made due to provision of an incorrect email address or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Claims made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any claim duplication method will not be accepted. 
  15. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entries without notice if they have reason to believe the entry is not valid or does not comply with these terms & conditions. 
  16. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and is not transferable, for sale, re-sale or auction, or redeemable or exchangeable for cash or any other alternative. 
  17. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve their right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision. 
  19. Providing no objection is received, the surname and county of residence of the Prize Winners will be made available on request, by writing to the Promoter.  Any such request must be submitted between 23.10.20 and 06.12.20. 
  20. Prize Winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published, or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the winner notification process, by submitting their objection to: [email protected]. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request. 
  21. Neither the Promoter or Administrator accepts responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. Neither the Promoter or its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. 
  22. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms & conditions and the details in any promotional material, these terms & conditions will prevail.
