1. The offer is open to Budget Insurance customers who receive an email from Budget Insurance with a unique reference code (“the Offer Email”) between 09 August 2021 and 31 August 2024 (“Eligible Customers”).
2. Eligible Customers may claim a £5 (five) Tesco Digital Gift Card to be redeemed at any UK Tesco store.
3. The offer must be claimed within 30 days from the date you receive the Offer Email.
4. Eligible Customers claiming the offer will receive a second email containing a link to verify their email address (“Verification Email”), the link will expire after 30 days from the date the Verification Email is sent.
5. By accepting the offer made through this website and by the Promoter you will be entering into and agree to these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions specifically relating to the Tesco £5 Digital Gift Card which can be found at https://www.tescoforbusiness.com/terms-and-conditions.
6. The offer is presented alongside your Budget Insurance Insurance policy and may end if and when your policy ends. In the event your policy ends, no refund will be given.
7. The offer is not transferable, for auction, sale or re-sale, or redeemable for cash or credit, and there are no cash alternatives.
8. Your Digital Gift Card is valid until the date shown on the Digital Gift Card and is not valid after that date.
9. The Digital Gift Card can be redeemed at any UK Tesco store. Excludes purchases from Tesco Petrol Stations and online.
10. Only valid Digital Gift Cards will be accepted. Defaced, illegible, altered, damaged or cancelled Digital Gift Cards will not be accepted.
11. You can check your available balance at any Tesco store or by calling 03450 757 757. Any balance will expire five years from when the card was activated or when the card was last used, whichever was last.
12. Digital Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit. Lost or stolen Digital Gift Card cannot be replaced.
13. The Promoter and Lock-In Marketing reserve the right to provide a substitute offer of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. The Offer is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Offer without any notice.
15. Any complaints or queries arising from your use of the Digital Gift Card must be dealt with between you and Tesco directly.
16. The Promoter, the Administrator and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
17. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator shall be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations (joint or individual) where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control; such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
