Terms & Conditions

The promotion period starts at 00:01 BST on May 2, 2025, and ends at 23:59 BST on August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). 

All claims must be made by 23:59 BST on August 31, 2025 (the “Claim by Date”). To receive your reward and be entered into the prize draw, you must submit your claim. Any claims received after this date will be void. 

Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY 

Entry is open only to UK residents aged 18 and over. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 

  1. HOW TO ENTER 

To enter, purchase any pack of Crayola branded Markers, Pencils, Crayons, Paint, Chalk, Colour Wonder, or selected Colouring Books (the “Purchased Products” or “Selected Products”) (Attachment A). The promotion will initially be available at Sainsbury's, with other participating retailers to follow in-store at a later date during the Promotion Period. After purchase, the barcode of the Purchased Product should be submitted via https://loverewardshub.com/crayola/ and a claim must be completed with the participant's details. Upon successful submission and validation, participants will receive a £65 discount voucher (“the Discount Voucher”) via email to be used towards their next  Jet2holidays booking(“Entrant(s)”). The Promoter keeps the right to run this process with a third party (the “Administrator”). Purchase of a Selected Product is necessary to enter. 

 

  1. HOW TO CLAIM 
  1. Usage of Discount Code 

Each validated Entrant will receive a Discount Voucher the first time that they enter the prize draw only. The Discount Voucher can be used when booking online at www.jet2holidays.com, through the Jet2holidays app, via the Jet2holidays contact centre, or through travel agents. The Discount Voucher is valid for full payment (not deposits), on bookings made between May 2, 2025, and September 30, 2025, for holidays departing between May 2, 2025, and October 31, 2026. Only one voucher may be claimed per person, and only one voucher can be used per booking (minimum of 2 adults per booking). All matters related to booking, travel, and the use of Discount Voucher will be governed solely by and remain the responsibility of Jet2holidays, in accordance with Jet2holidays' Terms and Conditions (Attachment B). 

  1. Prize Draw 

Entrants who redeem their barcode, successfully submit their information, and receive their Discount Voucher via email will be automatically entered into a prize draw. Prizes include: 

  • 1x Family (2 adults, 2 children – max child age applies) Jet2holiday - 7-night 5-star all-inclusive Jet2holiday to Majorca (specific dates apply) (“Family Holiday Prize”) 
  • 2x £500 cash prizes 
  • 3x £250 cash prizes 
  • 5x £100 cash prizes 

Winners will be selected randomly from all entrants using a fair and unbiased computerised draw system. If entrants are unable to pass the verification checks, it will be at the discretion of the Promoter whether a prize is issued. Prizes may not be awarded if the Purchased Barcode and details are not submitted. The Promoter reserves the right to run this process with a third party. All matters related to booking, travel, and anything concerning the Family Holiday Prize will be governed solely by Jet2holidays and will remain its responsibility, in accordance with Jet2holidays' Terms and Conditions (Attachment B). 

Prize Winner Draw Dates: All Prize Winners will be drawn by 08.09.2025 (7 days from promotion end)  

Prize Winner Notification: Each Prize Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the Prize Draw Date and provided with the Administrator’s contact details to claim the Prize. If the Prize Winner does not respond within 7 days, a second email will be sent. Failure to respond within 7 days of the second email will result in forfeiture of the Prize. A new winner will be drawn. Redraws will continue as necessary following the same process until all prizes are claimed. Winners will receive the cash prizes or a link to book the holiday within 30 days of the Prize confirmation. The Promoter reserves the right to allocate any unclaimed prizes as deemed appropriate. 

It is the responsibility of the Holiday Prize Winner to ensure they and their guests each has a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and/or visas for their trip. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date of no less than 6 (six) months following the date of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter or the Administrator if the Prize Winner and/or their guest is unable to travel due to insufficient documentation, insurance, visa or vaccination. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner to ensure they can comply with any local issues and/or conditions before travel. UK Government advised regulations for travel to Spain can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/spain 

It is the Prize Winner’s responsibility to ensure they and their guest take adequate and appropriate travel insurance and that they read the terms and conditions before accepting cover. Should either traveller need to make a claim against the carrier or any agent, the traveller must make the claim directly as neither the Promoter or Administrator will pursue a claim on the traveller’s behalf. Failure to obtain adequate travel insurance is at the Prize Winner’s own risk, and neither the Promoter nor the Administrator will be liable for any resulting losses 

The Prize Winner may be required to provide a valid credit or debit card when checking into their hotel to cover any discretionary expenses such as mini bar or room service which are not included in the Prize. 

The Prize Winner and their guest are responsible for getting to any departure points (for flights etc), in time for security checks and the check-in procedures on the day of departure. Travel costs to and from the UK airport are at the Prize Winner’s own expense.

The surname and county of residence of the Prize Winner will be made available on request. The Prize Winner may object to their surname or county of residence being published by submitting their objection to [email protected] within 14 (fourteen) days of the Prize Winner Notification date. Without prejudice to a Prize winner’s right to object, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

  1. FURTHER DETAILS AND CONDITIONS 

The Promoter is committed to running fair and secure promotions and preventing abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for at least six months. To ensure fairness, the Promoter reserves the right to: 

  • Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting necessary information. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed. 
  • Disqualify entries not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. 
  • Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups, third parties, incomplete entries, and entries submitted by macros or other automated means. 
  • Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process. 
  • Disqualify entries that do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions. 
  • Cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if it cannot run as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the Promoter's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise. Entrants are responsible for checking their junk/spam folders to ensure they receive promotional communications. The Promoter is not responsible for an Entrant making a late claim on their win if the email is missed for any reason. 

Winners may be asked to participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and/or asked whether the Promoter can use their name and image in promotional material including on social media. Winners have the right to refuse this request, and agreement is not a condition of prize acceptance. 

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. By taking part in the promotion, Entrants and Winner(s) forever and irrevocably agree to indemnify and release Promoter and its affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the promotion and any prizing in connection therewith. 

Discount Vouchers must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites.  

The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and no form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. 

If any aspect of this promotion cannot run as planned, or there is any cause beyond the Promoter's control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries at its sole discretion. 

No responsibility will be taken for winning claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable for any technical, delivery, or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the claim line. 

If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be disqualified. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize(s) has/have been awarded. 

If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter. 

The personal information provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion, in accordance with the Promoter's Data Privacy Notice, which can be found at https://privacy.goliathgames.com/.  The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and any successor legislation or other applicable law. 

In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail. 

By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Further, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements set out herein and agree to accept the Promoter’s decision as final and binding. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be provided to and retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays). 

The Promoter is Vivid Imaginations Limited, Ashbourne House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1LS – the UK branch of Goliath Group. 

The Prize Provider is JET2HOLIDAYS LIMITED, with its registered office at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU, for the provision of Discount Vouchers and the Family Holiday Prize. 

The Prize Provider is Vivid Imaginations Limited, responsible for providing cash prizes.

Prize Draw – Jet2holidays Family Holiday Prize 

  1. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.   

 

The Prize: 

  1. The winner will win: 
  1. a 7 night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) and up to two children (aged up to 12 years on date of return) in a junior suite with pool view room on an all inclusive plus board basis at the Zafiro Palace Alcudia, Majorca. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Palma, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.  
  1. This prize must be booked by 31st October 2025 and taken and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):

  1. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize.  Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.  
  1. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited. 
  1. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.  
  1. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight. 
  1. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value. 
  1. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.   
  1. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended. 
  1. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner.  Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.  
  1. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.   

 

General: 

  1. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policyhttp://www.jet2.com/privacy). 
  1. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be provided to and retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays). 
  1. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
