1. The “Voucher” will be issued by email (the “Email”) from Budget Insurance.
2. Eligible customers are Budget Insurance customers who receive the Email from Budget Insurance (“Eligible Customers”) which includes a unique reference code (the “Reference Code”) between 08 February 2021 and 31 December 2023.
3. To redeem the Voucher, you must follow the link provided in the Email and register using your personal email address and the Reference Code and follow the instructions on the website. If the Voucher is redeemed in any other manner it will not be accepted. Only one Voucher per person can be claimed.
4. The Reference Code will be valid for 30 days from the date you receive the Email.
5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete attempts at redeeming the Voucher.
6. In the event that any Voucher is not redeemed within 30 days of receiving the Email, you shall forfeit the Voucher.
7. Personal data supplied during the course of redeeming the Voucher will only be used for the purposes of the administration of the Voucher but may be passed on to third party suppliers only. insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Voucher.
8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Voucher.
9. The promoter further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Voucher.
10. The promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
11. The Voucher is not transferable, for auction, sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash and there is no cash alternative.
12. The supplier of the Voucher is Lock-In Marketing, 7 Walker Avenue, Milton Keynes MK12 5TW (the “Supplier”).  Correspondence relating to this promotion should be sent to this address.
13. The Promoter and the Supplier reserve the right to provide a substitute Voucher of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. The Voucher is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Voucher without any notice.
15. Lost or stolen Vouchers cannot be replaced.
16. By redeeming the Voucher you will be entering into and agreeing the terms and conditions relating to the Voucher specific terms and conditions which can be found below.
17. Any queries or complaints in relation to using the Voucher must be dealt with between you and the retailer directly.

CAR WASH: SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The voucher entitles Eligible Customers to claim one (1) free Wash 3 Wash at any IMO/ARC car wash site across the UK when presenting a valid voucher. (“the Offer”).
   The voucher entitles Eligible Customers to one free Wash 3 wash at any IMO/ARC site across the UK and is valid for single use only (the “Voucher”).
2. The Voucher entitles Eligible Customers to one free Wash 3 wash at any IMO/ARC site across the UK and is valid for single use only. It may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or discount.
3. Height restrictions apply to vans. Although many IMO/ARC sites accept vans to a height of 1.85m (and some to 2m), you should check with your chosen location before using the Offer.
4. The Voucher is valid for 60 days from the date it is printed.
5. The Voucher must be given to the operator upon arrival at the IMO/ARC venue to redeem the Offer.
6. Only valid vouchers will be accepted. Defaced, illegible, damaged or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
7. The Voucher cannot be used retrospectively for a van or car wash already taken and no refunds will be given.
8. The Promoter and Lock-in Marketing cannot be held responsible for the quality or availability of the Offer and any complaints or queries must be dealt with you and IMO directly.

ARGOS: SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Argos eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods in any UK Argos store or online at argos.co.uk, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed.
2. Argos eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone.
3. Argos eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.
4. GBP £ eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in ROI.
5. This eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned to Argos or Voucher Express under the Argos 30 Day Guarantee and cannot be re-sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
6. All Argos eGift Cards hold an expiry date, please refer to the date stated on your eGift Card for further information. If this is not detailed, please use the online balance and expiry date checker in the My Account section of the website.
7. Argos Ltd reserve the right to decline or withdraw the eGift Card at any time.
8. Treat this Argos eGift Card like cash, Argos Ltd cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged Argos eGift Cards and they will not be replaced.
9. To check your balance at any time please sign into your account at www.argos.co.uk and use the balance checker provided.
10. The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more than 3 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store.
11. If any product purchased with an Argos eGift Card is subsequently exchanged for product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to a new Gift Card or eGift Card.
