1. These terms and conditions apply to the £5.00 Argos eGift card (the “Gift”).
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. The Gift will be issued by Email (the “Email”) from Budget Insurance.
4. The Offer is valid from 18 January 2021 – 31 December 2023.
5. The promoter of the Gift is Budget Insurance. Budget Insurance is a trading name of BISL Limited who arrange and administer Budget insurance. BISL Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (No.308896). Registered Office: Fusion House, Katharine Way, Bretton, Peterborough, PE3 8BG. Registered in England No. 3231094.
6. Eligible customers are Budget Insurance customers who receive the Email from Budget Insurance (“Eligible Customers”) which includes a unique reference code (the “Reference Code”).
7. To redeem the Gift, you must follow the link provided in the Email and register using your personal email address and the Reference Code and follow the instructions on the website. If the Voucher is redeemed in any other manner it will not be accepted. Only one Voucher per person can be claimed.
8. The Reference Code will be valid for 30 days from the date you receive the Email. In the event that any Gift is not redeemed within 30 days of receiving the Email, you shall forfeit the Gift.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete attempts at redeeming the Gift.
10. Personal data supplied during the course of redeeming the Gift will only be used for the purposes of the administration of the Gift but may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Gift.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Gift. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Gift.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
13. The Gift is not transferable, for auction, sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash and there is no cash alternative.
14. The supplier of the Gift is Lock-In Marketing, 7 Walker Avenue, Milton Keynes MK12 5TW (the “Supplier”).  Correspondence relating to this promotion should be sent to this address.
15. The Promoter and the Supplier reserve the right to provide a substitute Gift of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.   
16. The Gift is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Gift without any notice.
17. Lost or stolen Gifts cannot be replaced.
18. By redeeming the Gift you will be entering into and agreeing the terms and conditions relating to Argos eGift cards which can be found below.
19. Any queries or complaints in relation to using the Gift must be dealt with between you and Argos directly.
20. The Gift is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Argos T&Cs

1. eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods in any UK Argos store or online at argos.co.uk, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed
2. eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone.
3. eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers
4. GBP £ eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in ROI.
5. This eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned to Argos or Voucher Express under the Argos 30 Day Guarantee and cannot be re-sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
6. All eGift Cards hold an expiry date, please refer to the date stated on your eGift Card for further information. If this is not detailed, please use the online balance and expiry date checker in the My Account section of the website.
7. Argos Ltd reserve the right to decline or withdraw the eGift Card at any time.
8. Treat this eGift Card like cash, Argos Ltd cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged eGift Cards and they will not be replaced.
9. To check your balance at any time please sign into your account at www.argos.co.uk and use the balance checker provided.
10. The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more than 3 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store.
11. If any product purchased with an eGift Card is subsequently exchanged for product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to a new Gift Card or eGift Car.
12. If you do not spend the entire balance an eGift Cards, the remaining balance will be available on the same eGift Card after each transaction, with the same expiry date.
13. Argos eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this card.
14. Argos eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. eGift cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Argos stores.
