1. Upload your proof of purchase: After entering your email and clicking ‘Submit’, you’ll be asked to upload your proof of purchase - a valid receipt or invoice showing the product, date of purchase, and retailer. Make sure it’s a clear photo or screenshot saved as a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png file.
2. Submit your claim: Once your proof of purchase is uploaded, click ‘Submit’ to complete your claim.
3. Keep an eye on your inbox: Once we’ve verified your proof of purchase, we’ll email your Holiday Saving Code within 5 working days. (Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder just in case.)
