Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, the Administrator associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.   
  2. These terms and conditions apply to the Prize Draw that will run from 01 February – 28  February 2021.  
  3. Entry requirements: To enter Eligible Customers must follow the link on The Food Warehouse Facebook page to fill out the entry form with their email address and full name and submit within the Promotional Period for a chance to win one of 30 x £25 Amazon e-vouchers. Only one entry per Eligible Customer per prize draw allowed.  
  4. This promotion is in no way sponsored by or associated with Facebook.  
  5. A valid email address and email access is required to claim the prize.  Internet access is required to use the prize.  
  6. Winner selection: The prize winners will be drawn using a random number generator within five days of the closing date of the prize draw.  
  7. Winner notification: Prize winners for the draw will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw.  It is the responsibility of prize winners to ensure that they respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize.  If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative prize winner may be drawn.  
  8. Prizes will be sent to the prize winners by email within 7 days of the prize winner responding to the notification email.  
  9. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator can be held responsible for a prize winner failing to claim the prize in the specified timeframes or for failing to provide accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of the prize.  
  10. The Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify entrants without notice if they have reason to believe they have tampered with the entry process or do not comply with these terms and conditions.  
  11. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of residence of the prize winners will be made available on request by writing to: Iceland Foods Ltd, operating as The Food Warehouse, Second Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2NW.  Any such request must be submitted between 30 March 2021 and 14 May 2021.    
  12. Prize winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the winner notification process, by submitting their objection to: [email protected].  Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.  
  13. The entry instructions form part of these terms. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and by using the prize you agree to accept and be bound by Amazon’s terms, which can be found here.  
  14. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.  
  15. The prizes are not transferable, for sale, re-sale or auction or redeemable or exchangeable for cash and there is no cash or other alternative.    
  16. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve their right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.  
  17. The Promoter and the Administrator shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.  
  18. The Promoter and Administrator accept no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.  
  19. Your details will be used for the purposes of operating the prize draw only, unless otherwise stated in the prize details. Your details will not be kept after the prize draw has ended.  
  20. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms & conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the terms & conditions will prevail.  
  21. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for any issues regarding the use of your prize, when you should contact Amazon directly.   
  22. Prizes supplied by Lock-in Marketing, 7 Walker Avenue, Milton Keynes, MK12 5TW (“the Administrator”). All queries relating to the prize draw should be sent to this address.
