Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligible Customers are residents of Great Britain age 18+ who purchase qualifying Miele single oven (“the Qualifying Product”) between 15.09.2021 and 31.12.2021 from a Participating Retailer. 
  2. Eligible Customers who have not returned or exchanged the Qualifying Product may claim a HelloFresh Gift Card worth £29.99 (“the Offer”) for use at hellofresh.co.uk, subject to these terms and conditions. 
  3. The Offer is limited to one claim per Eligible Customer. 
  4. The Offer is not available to employees of Miele Company Ltd, employees of or contractors to any Participating Retailer, agencies appointed by Miele Company Ltd or anyone professionally connected to this promotion. 
  5. Online access is required to claim the Offer. 
  6. To claim the Offer Eligible Customers must visit https://love-rewardshub.com/miele-promotion within 30 days of purchasing a Qualifying Product to submit their claim, enter their email address and upload their valid proof of purchase (“Valid Claim”).   
  7. Customers who submit a Valid Claim will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days with a unique code and link to claim the Offer.  This unique code will expire after 30 days. 
  8. New HelloFresh customers will be required to enter card details; a £1 fully refundable validation feed may be charged but no auto subscription will be activated. Existing customers’ subscriptions will not be auto-paused after using the Gift Card. 
  9. Some postcodes incur a delivery surcharge and some are excluded. 
  10. By accepting the Offer you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and any further terms and conditions applied by HelloFresh, which can be found at https://www.hellofresh.co.uk/about/termsandconditions.  
  11. The Offer is not transferable, for sale, re-sale or auction, or redeemable or exchangeable for cash and there is no cash alternative.

  14. All Eligible Customers who submit a Valid Claim will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of 1 of 5 in-home chef dining experience for up to 10 people (“Prize”). 
  15. Prize draw winners will be drawn by 18 March 2022 (“Prize Winner Draw Date”), using a computer algorithm to randomly select the prize winners. 
  16. Prize draw winners will be notified by email (“Prize Winner Notification”) within 5 working days of the Prize Winner Draw Date and must claim their Prize within 30 days. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator can be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision. 
  17. If a Winner has not claimed their Prize within 30 days of notification that they have won, the Administrator will re-send the email notification. Following the second notification, if a Winner does not claim their Prize within 30 days an alternative winner may be drawn. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize. 
  18. Customers who are automatically entered into this prize draw may object to their participation by contacting the Administrator on promotions@love-rewardshub.com by 18 March 2022. 
  19. Providing no objection is received, the surname and county of residence of the prize winners will be made available on request. Requests must be made to promotions@love-rewardshub.com by 17 April 2022. 
  20. Prize winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request the amount of information being published to be reduced during the winner notification process, by submitting their objection to: promotions@love-rewardshub.com. Without prejudice to a prize winner’s right to object, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.   
  21. The Promoter and the Administratorreserve their right to offer a substitute Offer or Prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
  22. Your details will be used by the Promotor and Administrator for the purposes of operating the Offer only; your details will not be kept after the Offer has ended.    
  23. Claims or entries that are delivered late or incomplete or damaged claims or claims that cannot be made due to provision of an incorrect email address or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Neither the Promoter or Administrator accepts responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or unreceived claims, winner notifications or Prizes. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator will be responsible for the non-inclusion of claims or entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or the Administrator. 
  24. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator can be held responsible for a valid claimant or prize winner failing to claim the Offer and/or Prize in the specified timeframe or for failing to provide accurate information which affects acceptance, claim or delivery of the Offer and/or Prize.  
  25. The claim must be made directly by the person who has made the qualifying purchase. Syndicated claims, multiple claims or accounts or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such claims will be invalid. 
  26. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claims without notice if they have reason to believe the claim is not valid or does not comply with these terms and conditions. Bulk claims from trade, consumer groups or third parties and/or claims made by any automated means will not be accepted, likewise any claims that are made using a computer or computers to circumvent these terms and conditions (for example but not limited to the use of script, brute force and masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities which are not their own or any other automated means to increase the number of claims) are not valid and will not be accepted. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to investigate any such claims and to take any reasonable remedial action against any such claims. 
  27. The Promoter, the Administrator and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 
  28. Neither the Promoter or the Administrator shall be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations (joint or individual) where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control; such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
