What is the promotion?

How do I upload my proof of purchase?

To upload your proof of purchase,  go here and enter your email in the “Sign In” box on the right-hand side. Once you click submit, you’ll be taken to a page where you can upload your proof of purchase. 

All customers who submit a valid claim will be sent a confirmation email containing a link and a unique code to claim your HelloFresh box within 3 working days.  

Who do I contact if I’m having difficulty uploading my proof of purchase?

How do I know if my claim has been validated?

All customers who submit a valid claim will receive an email from miele.promotions@loverewardshub.com  within 3 working days.  

How do I claim my HelloFresh Box?

To claim your HelloFresh box, you’ll need to upload your proof of purchase here: https://love-rewardshub.com/miele-promotion   

All customers who submit a valid claim will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days containing a link and a unique code to claim your HelloFresh box.

Where do I find my  Unique Code?  

You’ll need your unique code to claim your HelloFresh box. This can be found on the confirmation email you received from miele.promotions@love-rewardshub.com after submitting your valid claim. 

When must I claim my HelloFresh code by?

Your HelloFresh code must be claimed within 30 days of receiving your confirmation email from miele.promotions@love-rewardshub.com

What is the value of my HelloFresh code?

Your HelloFresh code has a £29.99 balance which can be used to buy a 3-recipe plan for 2 people. The code also covers delivery for both new and existing HelloFresh customer.  

You can also purchase a larger plan, but you’ll be required to pay the difference in price at the checkout stage.  

The premium and street food meals will also incur an additional cost.  

Who do I contact if I’m having difficulty claiming my HelloFresh box?

Double check that you are correctly entering the unique code that was included in your confirmation email.

Does my HelloFresh code have an expiry date?

Your HelloFresh code is valid for 2 years.  

How do I use the HelloFresh code?

You’ll receive a link which will direct you straight to the HelloFresh home page and the code will be automatically applied, follow the steps to claim your box. If you’re an existing customer, you simply need to log in to your account to order your Box. New customers will need to create a HelloFresh account.

What can I get with my HelloFresh code?

Your HelloFresh code has a £29.99 credit which can be used to claim a box containing 3 recipes for 2 people. You can also purchase additional recipes, but you’ll need to pay the difference in price at the checkout stage. 

 The premium and street food meals will also incur an additional cost.  

Does the HelloFresh code cover delivery?

The code covers delivery of your first box – for all subsequent deliveries there will be a charge of £3 per delivery. 

Will I incur any charges when using my HelloFresh code?

If you choose to purchase a Box containing more than 3 recipes for 2 people for the maximum value of £29.99, you’ll be required to pay the difference in price at the checkout stage. Premium and Street Food Recipes as well as any add-ons will also incur an additional charge.  

Why is it showing a charge for the box and how do I know the voucher has applied?

If you applied your voucher correctly, the system will reduce the price by the amount of your credit at the checkout or at the menu selection. Please check if you added any surcharge (e.g. premium or street food) meals or add-ons (e.g. dessert) as the voucher doesn't cover these. 

Can I use the HelloFresh code with another discount code or a new customer discount?

No. If you have an active voucher already applied to your account, adding a new one will override your previous voucher 

I have a HelloFresh code - why am I seeing a £1 charge?

The £1 you may see at checkout is simply an authorisation charge to verify the validity of the payment method you are using. The payment will be refunded back to you within 3-5 working days. This applies to all HelloFresh orders (including free boxes!). 

I have had an email saying my subscription is cancelled, will my box still come?

Yes, the box will still arrive – as a new customer you received this email because your subscription will cancel automatically after your gifted credit falls below the price of your HelloFresh box. This is to ensure you don’t get charged for another HelloFresh box which is not fully covered by your credit. 

What happens if I already have a HelloFresh account?

You can still use your HelloFresh code to claim your free Box. This will suspend your usual subscription for that week, and this will resume automatically the following week unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription.  

How do I cancel my HelloFresh subscription?

 You just need to go to your login area and follow these steps: 

  • Click here to log in to your HelloFresh account. 
  • Hover over your name at the top right and click on 'Account settings'.  
  • Make sure you're in 'Plan Settings', scroll down and click on 'Stop my deliveries'. 
  • Follow the steps and you're done! Make sure you mark your reason for stopping your deliveries. 
  • You can then leave feedback for us, to help us improve our service. 
  • Make sure you check when your last delivery day is if it’s following Tuesday, the week before your delivery. 
  • You will receive an email confirming your cancellation, please retain this for future reference.

How do I enter the in-home chef dining experience prize draw?

Once you’ve uploaded your proof of purchase and received the confirmation email from miele.promotions@love-rewardshub.com you’ll automatically be entered into the prize draw – there’s no need to do anything else.  

When will the in-home chef dining experience prize draw take place?

The prize draw will take place once the promotion has ended. The winners will be drawn by an independent third-party service and notified by the 25th March 2022.  

What happens to my data?

We will only use your information to process your claim and help you with any queries you may have. Your information will not be retained and will not be shared with any third parties. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policyhere.
